Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation regulations and standards.
  • Design and implement executive compensation across the senior leadership cadre.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align compensation and benefits policies with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead and mentor the team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyse workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vice President - Compensation & Benefits should have:

  • Strong expertise in compensation and benefits management within the large IT services ecosystem.
  • A solid educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative compensation strategies, including executive compensation & benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for compensation and benefits in Bangalore.
  • In-depth experience in US region.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively across the board.
