The Chief Technology Officer will lead the technology strategy and execution of a fast-growing investment-backed platform focused on building and scaling technology-driven businesses. This leadership role requires strong expertise in software development, artificial intelligence and digital product architecture, combined with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment.
Reporting to senior regional stakeholders, you will be accountable for driving programme execution from planning through to go-live, ensuring alignment with regional standards, local regulatory requirements, and business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver a large-scale banking platform transformation.
The CTO will lead the organisation's entire technology strategy across software engineering, platforms, infrastructure, data, and AI to deliver secure, mission‑critical systems for national impact. This role shapes the technical vision, builds high‑performing engineering and AI teams, and drives innovation at scale in a highly strategic, purpose‑driven environment.
The Board Member will support the Board in providing strategic direction, governance oversight, and independent judgement to the Company. The role requires active contribution to discussions relating to financial performance, digital transformation, governance and sustainable growth.
