This role serves as the financial and commercial nerve centre of the China business, heading all finance, funding, risk and governance activities while acting as a core member of the senior management team driving strategic and operational outcomes.

This role leads and manages the national foodservice channel sales team, strategic customer relationship management, and sales strategies to achieve company sales targets, enhance brand influence, and increase market share.

The Sales Director will oversee and drive sales strategies within the industrial and manufacturing industry, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Based in Shanghai, this role requires a strong understanding of the market and the ability to lead a successful sales team.

This role is responsible for managing commercial aspects of operating renewable assets, including contract lifecycle management, performance monitoring, KPI framework implementation, and internal approval documentation. The position also supports business development activities for new renewable projects, ensuring strong coordination across operations, commercial, and investment teams.

The role blends global technical leadership with local China accountability, acting as the single medical science point of contact for Greater China and the face of medical science to internal stakeholders, partners and external bodies.
