The firm is seeking an associate to join its securities litigation and investigations practice, focusing on government enforcement, internal investigations, and crisis management. You will work on complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters for leading companies and senior executives.
The successful candidate will be active in winning and undertaking assignments, maximizing personal performance and optimizing our proposition within our Consumer and & Retail practice, in the executive search and senior leadership recruitment space.
Act as the number two to the Group CEO, working cross-departmentally to support functional leaders in shaping and executing their strategic plans. Take full ownership of end-to-end business process mapping across all operational areas.
Reporting directly to the CEO, with 3 direct reports and circa 280 indirect reports. The role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of service delivery across the organisation during a period of transition at the national level.
