The Chief Commercial Officer will report to the CEO directly and be 2nd in command of the organization. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for all sales, marketing, and customer service for the organization. This position is located in Michigan and will be onsite. Relocation is required.
The Managing Director North America will lead the North America P&L with a commercial focus driving strategic growth for the region. This person will lead a lean, but agile team consisting of sales, customer service, warehousing and logistics, HR, and finance.

This person will drive overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, program management and health and safety (EHS) and the overall strategic direction and roadmap creating scalable and sustainable processes and systems.
The Director North America Compensation and Benefits will be leading the North American compensation and benefits programs, strategies and implementation and is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain talent, align with organizational goals, and drive employee satisfaction. This individual will report to the Vice President of HR North America.
The Division President will report to the Segment President and CEO of this $1.5B segment. The Division President will also be one of the key leaders of the executive management team of the overall parent company. This Global President will look to grow the division mainly through acquisitions (M&A) identifying and integrating companies to complement the existing business units, while also expanding into new end markets and applications.
