As part of its continued growth in Egypt, the group is looking to recruit a high-calibre Finance Manager to support and drive business performance within a key operating entity.
The Middle East, Russia & Africa (MERA) Investigations Lead oversees and manages investigations, with the support of analytics support professionals, partner functions, outside counsel and other third parties to identify and mitigate significant legal, financial, reputational and patient safety risk in the region.
Working as a member of the Iberian Senior Leadership Team, design, implement and coordinate a strategic Sales Plan for the Iberia business ensuring that the company is meeting its net sales, contribution margin and overall market growth targets. National Sales & Southern Europe, Africa & Middle East, Quick Service Restaurants & Foodservice and North & East Europe responsiblity,managing a total team of 22 people.
The Commercial Director alongside will be required to identify new OEM customers and further develop business within existing key customer relationships targeting growth throughout their core sectors which include off-highway, truck & bus and automotive alongside developing opportunities through new target sectors including nuclear, rail and defence.
The Group Sales Director will lead on driving the organisation's commercial growth, opening up new business, strengthening account management and unlocking wider opportunities across a multi‑division group. They will set a clear, integrated sales direction, build a high‑performing sales culture, and ensure the right strategy, systems and processes are firmly in place to accelerate commercial results with consistency and confidence.
As the Managing Director, you will oversee overall operations and strategic direction to ensure organisational growth and success. This role is based in Johannesburg and requires a strong leader with proven ability to drive business growth and objectives, whilst fostering a culture of collaboration and leading high-performing teams.
