The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the President for one of the group's largest subsidiaries. The Vice President of Operations will have full responsibility and accountability for operations, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, quality, safety, engineering, and facilities for the North America business with multisite plant operations.

Operating as a key member of the divisional leadership team, they will drive customer‑centric growth, strengthen cross‑functional alignment with Marketing and Product, and embed the sales capabilities needed to deliver ambitious revenue and margin targets.
