The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the President for one of the group's largest subsidiaries. The Vice President of Operations will have full responsibility and accountability for operations, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, quality, safety, engineering, and facilities for the North America business with multisite plant operations.
The Chief Commercial Officer will report to the CEO directly and be 2nd in command of the organization. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for all sales, marketing and customer service for this food and beverage ingredient manufacturer globally.

The Managing Director will oversee all aspects of operations within the industrial/manufacturing sector, ensuring the strategic and operational objectives of the organisation are successfully met. This role is based in Abidjan and requires a strong leader with expertise in managing complex business operations.
The Vice President of Operations will report to the CEO and lead all engineering and operations for the organization driving operational excellence and efficiency, quality, innovation, and support the growing organization ensuring customer satisfaction. The VP of Operations must be a versatile individual connecting with individuals on the shop floor as well as the CEO and Private Equity firm.
