The Head of Sales North America will lead all aspects of the commercial function in the North America region leading a team across the US and Mexico. This includes the commercial strategy, key customer relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs and the overall development, growth, and performance of the team in the region.
The Director of Business Development Industrial - North America will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and oversee new business development for their emerging markets. This person will be a strategic and hands-on Commercial and Business Development Executive driving the overall strategy and execution building and leading a small team to start and then growing and scaling the team over time.
The Vice President of Human Resources will lead an HR team of approximately 50 people across the region. The VP of HR will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing the HR strategy that aligns with the overall global strategy while also considering regional business objectives and goals.
The Business Development Manager will have accountability for territory performance, funnel development and long-term pipeline health, and is expected to build and executive a strategic territory and account plan across key segments. The Head of Operations will own and scale multi-site fulfillment, warehouse, and distribution network, driving improvements in cost, throughput, and service levels with a high-growth company. The role, to be based in either Clearwater, Florida or Austin, Texas, is ideal for a builder-minded operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape the future of a technology-enabled healthcare business.
