The Leadership is a people management role, providing strategic & operational leadership within their respective region and sharing best practice; working collaboratively and cross selling across brands and countries/regions within their respective practice and actively contributing to Global & Regional Practice.  This role is responsible for achieving commercial success against gross profit and conversion rate targets aligned to the regional/country PE strategic objectives. They will be responsible for leading their team to deliver consistent high performance in an inclusive and positive working environment, whilst representing the Michael Page values.
