The role of Partner is designed to maximise personal performance and optimise our proposition within their respective practice area. They are senior, successful and knowledgeable professionals in their field. The role of Partner will be active in winning and undertaking assignments at a senior leadership and executive level, generating meaningful levels of revenue. The Partner will share best practice, work collaboratively and cross sell, where possible, across regions within their respective practice and actively contribute to the Global & Regional Practice. 

The role of Senior Partner is designed to maximise performance, build capability and optimise our proposition within their respective practice. The Senior Partner will provide significant contribution to strategic plans for their specialised field within their region or across the brand globally, leveraging the existing resource and presence of Michael Page. This role will have significant internal and external stakeholder engagement and be required to effectively influence client projects and nurture key relationships for Page Executive, managing the most senior and complex accounts.
