The Researcher works alongside the Partners, responsible for defining and carrying out the search strategy with active involvement in the selection process including support and participation in client meetings, identification of target companies, headhunting, conducting first candidate interviews, preparing candidate reports and organising client interviews.  Additionally, the Researcher collaborates with the global insights team who provide valuable insights and engage in market mapping activities to identify trends and opportunities within the talent market. The Researcher will demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders (internal & external) across levels.
