Alice is a Senior Research Associate for Page Executive, working across a wide range of senior level appointments in a variety of sectors over the past 9 years. Partnering with Consultants in recruitment projects, she works across a wide selection of search and talent management solutions, to successfully secure senior talent placements within organisations.
Prior to this, Alice joined Page Group as Recruitment Consultant in Michael Page Finance following a career in Financial Services. Our Research Team works alongside Executive Consultants, using market insight and research tools to identify target companies, talent pools, and candidates directly. For each assignment, the research team produces a detailed candidate pack, shared with directly approached candidates, helping present the organisation's employee value proposition clearly. This ensures candidates have a strong understanding of the opportunity and organisation from the outset.
