Christine joined Page Executive in 2025, bringing over 14 years of experience in commercial strategy, product development and leadership across both traditional and modern trade channels. She is an Industrial Engineer and holds an MBA from Babson College, with a focus on Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Family Business.
Prior to joining Page Executive, Christine built her career at Schroth Corporación Papelera, one of Peru’s leading paper‑conversion companies, where she currently serves as a Board Member, a role she has held for more than three years. As Commercial Manager, she led teams of up to 30 professionals, managed key retail and B2B accounts, and oversaw demand planning, imports, production coordination and trade marketing. She spearheaded major product innovations—including the launch of the country’s largest Kraft bag line—and helped consolidate a 60% market share in thermal rolls. In parallel, she served as Risk Manager, leading credit and collections initiatives that significantly improved cash flow and operational efficiency.
Christine also brings international experience from the United States in business transformation, alongside deep expertise in family‑owned business dynamics, governance and long‑term strategy.
She is known for a collaborative leadership style, strong analytical thinking and a rigorous focus on organisational context—capabilities that shape her consultative approach to executive search and support the identification of senior leaders who deliver sustainable, long‑term impact.
