Paola is a Business Administrator with a specialisation in Marketing and Sales. In 2006, she took on the role of General Manager at Samper Head Hunting, a Chilean recruitment and selection company, where she was tasked with expanding operations across Central and South America. Paola successfully oversaw the opening of offices in Bogotá, Medellín, and Panama, consolidating the company’s regional presence.

In 2014, Paola joined PageGroup Colombia as an Associate Partner for the Page Executive brand. Her mandate was to strengthen the disciplines of Healthcare, Industry, and Agribusiness, while also focusing on the selection of C-Level positions, Board Members, and providing Assessment and Outplacement Consulting. Under her leadership, the brand became a reference point within the group and the market, emerging as a leader in results in the Southern Cone region. Paola’s strategic vision and expertise have solidified her reputation as a key figure in the recruitment industry.
