Miguel Carugati is the Managing Partner for Page Executive in Latin America, leading the firm’s senior‑leadership and C‑suite search strategy across the region. Since joining Page Executive in 2008, he has been instrumental in consolidating operations in Argentina and expanding the practice with a regional lens, partnering with multinational and local organisations navigating complex leadership challenges.
Before entering executive search, Miguel developed a strong foundation in finance through roles in leading global companies. This background strengthened his analytical capability and his understanding of business performance, operating models and stakeholder dynamics.
