Miguel Carugati is the Managing Partner for Page Executive in Latin America, leading the firm’s senior leadership and C suite search strategy across the region. Since joining Page Executive in 2008, he has played a central role in consolidating the firm’s presence in Argentina and expanding the practice with a regional perspective, supporting both multinational and local organisations in addressing complex leadership and succession challenges.

Prior to executive search, Miguel built a solid professional foundation in finance through roles with leading global companies. This early experience strengthened his analytical rigour and deepened his understanding of business performance, operating models and stakeholder dynamics. Combined with nearly two decades of advising boards and executive teams, it enables him to bring a strategic, evidence based and highly consultative approach to each engagement.

Miguel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a degree in Business Administration. He has further complemented his professional experience through executive education in leadership, organisational strategy and corporate governance.

Recognised for his pragmatic style, intellectual curiosity and long term partnership mindset, Miguel works closely with organisations to define senior leadership requirements and translate them into robust talent strategies. His focus is on identifying senior executives with the capability to lead transformation, strengthen organisational resilience and deliver sustainable impact across Latin America.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Miguel is passionate about sport and personal endurance. He has completed multiple marathons and Ironman triathlons in different locations around the world, reflecting a long standing commitment to discipline, resilience and continuous personal challenge.
