Gabriel is a seasoned Business Administrator with over 18 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations within consultancy, manufacturing, poultry, and FMCG sectors. He has a robust background in multichannel distribution, new business development, procurement of critical supplies, and business turnaround, successfully revitalising and restructuring business units to enhance performance and profitability.

Gabriel's professional journey began as a Brand Assistant at British American Tobacco. He then advanced to Regional Trade Marketing Representative, managing modern and traditional channels in Lima and the provinces. In 2011, he took on the role of Commercial Manager for new business development at Ovosur, focusing on B2B operations. Following his tenure at Ovosur, Gabriel embraced the challenge at Duraplast, leading the commercial and operations team.

Since 2017, Gabriel has been a valued member of Page Executive, and since 2023, he has led the Page Executive office in Peru, specialising in the selection of top management positions, including General Managers, Country Managers, and Board Members.
