Guillermo Marcet Gómez

Guillermo specialises in the selection of executive profiles in the legal and tax fields. His in-depth knowledge of the legal sector combined with his extensive experience enables him to optimally align the candidates and companies he represents.
He has always been linked to the legal sector, first as a lawyer and later as a headhunter specialising in the sector. He started out in the commercial department of a prestigious law firm in Barcelona and then moved to the legal department of OHL. After two years, he redirected his career to the world of HR and joined Michael Page in 2015. Since then, he has advised law firms (magic circle, Tier 1, Tier 2, mid-market and boutiques), professional services firms and companies in sectors such as finance, pharmaceuticals, services and retail, among others. He combines his professional practice with a teaching activity, teaching modules on consultative selling to students on the master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and in the master’s degree in international law at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía.
Guillermo holds a degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and a master’s degree in marketing and Commercial Management from the Escuela de Administración de Empresas. He speaks fluent English.
