With more than 14 years of experience in executive recruitment, Nathalie has built her career across leading consulting firms and global organizations. Before assuming her current role, she worked as Principal Executive Search at Kienbaum, specializing in senior-level placements. Earlier, she served as Associate Partner for Healthcare & Life Sciences at Page Executive and held a Talent Acquisition position at Deutsche Bank, managing professional and senior hiring.
Her career began in hospitality HR at Hyatt Regency, where she progressed from Assistant HR to Assistant Manager HR, laying the foundation for her expertise in talent management and leadership recruitment.
