Nick Cole
Nick has worked in public sector recruitment since 2000, moving into executive search in 2008. In recent years he has focused on local authorities and their associated trading companies, combined authorities, and the health & social care sectors.
Nick re-joined PageGroup PLC in 2024, having worked for Michael Page in his early career. Nick has a particular interest in seeking out transferrable talent from across all areas of public service and from the commercial entities that supply into the sector. Maximising the wider PageGroup PLC private sector candidate networks and international offices, Nick works hard to identify and engage with leaders beyond the usual suspects.
Nick has a strong sense of public service and has held the roles of Parish Councillor, NHS Foundation Trust Deputy Lead Governor and primary school governing body Chair.
