After gaining experience in Operational Finance at an international level, Raphael joined PageGroup in 2005 where he actively contributed to the development of our Finance & Legal discipline followed by further involvement in Sales & Marketing; Procurement & Supply-Chain and Engineering.
In 2009, Raphael joined the Global Fund as an HR Business Partner, before continuing along his career path towards executive search in New-York, Zurich and Geneva. Raphael has a strong track record, recruiting predominantly executive, operational & general management and board level roles for a wide range of industries, with a major focus on Healthcare & Life-sciences and Non-Profit, Government and Public Sectors.
Raphael is heading Page Executive Global Finance practice, and he brings a wealth of international experience, coupled with his deep knowledge of the Swiss local market and business culture.
Being passionate about Sustainability, Raphael is an Ambassador in DE&I and ESG programs.
