Alkis Kotzampasis is specialising in legal, compliance and public affairs recruitment. He understands that due to the busy nature of the legal profession it is difficult for senior legal professionals to keep themselves updated on the job market and he aspires to fill that gap of knowledge with the information he provides them.  

Alkis has come a long way from his home country of Greece, studying at Durham and Lancaster Universities in the UK before working for the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. Now in Japan, he has leveraged his international perspective to establish himself as a leading recruiter in the country and the region as a whole. 

Alkis forms part of the first team that supported Page Executive’s opening in Japan in April 2023 and has been with PageGroup since 2020. He has developed a vast network of clients and has established himself as the leader of a legal recruitment business which spans across law firms and corporates. He has successfully introduced candidates in practices, such as energy, funds, M&A, capital markets and at varying levels of seniority, such as Equity-Partners, Income-Partners, Counsels, Associates and Office staff.

Alkis’ reputation and impressive track record are built on a foundation of constant learning. He has received a number of career accolades, having been recognised as a top-performer regionally for PageGroup in 2021 & 2022 and having reached a managerial level in record time for the business. 

However, it’s on the client side that he really shines. Impressed by his open-minded approach and his quick delivery, clients often quote his honesty, dedication and resilience as some key elements that differentiate him from the competition. 

When not recruiting, you can find Alkis indulging in the culinary diversity at his doorstep, playing sports, travelling or a combination of all three.
