Her talent in finding and placing mid to senior level in-house attorneys at multinational and boutique firms - often on a quick turnaround - has earned her recognition and admiration from clients, colleagues and candidates across the U.S. From full-time to contract positions, her insight and intuition for placing top talent in meaningful roles are unrivalled. 

Jennifer's career in legal recruitment for PageGroup began in 2014 as an Associate Consultant. Two years later, she was named PageGroup's top permanent partner for the entire US Corporate and Specialist market. She progressed to her current role as Senior Partner and Head of In-House Attorney Recruitment at Page Executive USA through dynamism, determination and sheer grit. 

Jennifer’s teamwork, strategy and decision-making skills also play out through her passion for soccer. Jennifer is a former NCAA Division I goalkeeper, and still plays at the pro-am level. She also volunteers as a women’s coach. 

A lifelong learner, when she is not matching the next generation of leaders to roles where they can truly make a difference, Jennifer can usually be found with her head in a good book or focusing on fitness – particularly running and intense peloton work-outs, which keep her strong, focused and clear-headed.
