Rachel Cheng

Rachel started her recruitment career 12 years ago with Page Group at Michael Page in Shanghai. She re-joined the company at Page Executive Singapore in October 2019, supporting the firm’s Chinese Tech clients overseas expansion in Southeast Asia and the broader Asia region. Rachel specialises in recruiting country heads and various C-suite talent, including commercial directors, tech leads, and product and digital profiles across the region. Fluent in Mandarin and English, her experience in China and Singapore has equipped her with deep knowledge and understanding of Chinese clients’ expectations, the local market talent and key hiring trends. 

Before joining Page Executive, Rachel managed a start-up business and worked for another top executive search firm in Shanghai. She grew up China and was educated in the UK. She holds a Masters degree in Business and Management from the University of Strathclyde.
