Rochelle George is a Page Executive Partner in our Not-For-Profit and Public Sector Practice. Rochelle works with organisations to deliver permanent top-level talent, such as CEOs, COOs, Trustees, and Chairs. Rochelle has a solid track record of handling intricate projects for clients undergoing transformations and she has extensive experience in seamlessly integrating commercial candidates into the not-for-profit sector, bridging industries and offering fresh perspectives to her clients.

Passionate and fully committed to diverse and inclusive senior talent, Rochelle is an expert in supporting clients to remove unconscious bias from the recruitment process. Internally, she works alongside the Page Executive DE&I Director in running workshops for the team as a whole and her efforts have contributed to Page Executive's renowned reputation for fully integrating DE&I into everything we do. 

When she's not hunting down top talent, Rochelle is an adventurer at heart. Whether it's jetting off on holiday, cycling or skiing in a new destination or losing herself in a book, broadening her horizons is a common thread. But back at home, there's nothing Rochelle loves more than spending quality time with her two children.
