Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex IP and technology-related agreements.
  • Provide legal guidance on intellectual property matters, including licensing and compliance.
  • Advise clients on data privacy and cybersecurity issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Assist with due diligence for M&A and other corporate transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP and technology laws.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legal regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property and technology laws.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
