Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives within the Automotive sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts with clients in the Automotive industry.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its market presence.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Director should have:
