Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration matters. This is a remote role that can support client in Silicon Valley from anywhere in US (PST hours required).

Job Description

  • Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of EB-1, EB-2, H-1B, O, L, TN, NIW, RFEs, etc.
  • Utilize case review technology
  • Supporting a team remotely.
  • Preparing and drafting cases.
  • Communicating with team members on a daily basis.

The Successful Applicant

  • JD or LLM.
  • Admission to a US State Bar.
  • Experience with business immigration matters, specifically: NIV matters, O-1, EB-1, NIW, H-1B, EB-2, L, TN.
  • Must have high-volume case experience with large clients.
  • Must have experience with electronic case review software.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment.
  • Excellent case management skills.
