Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive investment and operational efficiency for photovoltaic power plants in Europe.
  • Oversee the management and performance of all assets in Europe to ensure optimised energy production.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and policies.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, power grid, business partners, EPC and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international energy regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates to the board on the progress of projects and overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong background in photovoltaic industry, especially on the owner/investor side.
  • Proven entrepreneur skills with experience managing large-scale operations or projects.
  • Excellent understanding of photovoltaic power plant operations and associated technologies.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is must.
