Job Description

  • Define and lead the global vision for Sales IT, positioning technology as a key enabler of commercial growth, customer experience and competitive advantage.
  • Drive large-scale, global transformation programs, leading the harmonization and standardization of systems, processes and data across regions and business units.
  • Own and continuously evolve a complex, enterprise-wide sales ecosystem (CRM, CPQ, product configuration), ensuring scalability, integration and business impact.
  • Build and scale high-performing teams from the ground up, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and business partnership.
  • Lead and inspire distributed, multicultural teams across multiple geographies, creating alignment and performance at global scale.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and senior leadership, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing demand and translating business needs into impactful technology solutions.
  • Establish best-in-class governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, security, compliance and operational excellence across all sales platforms.
  • Manage global vendors and strategic partners, driving delivery excellence, innovation and value creation across the IT ecosystem.
  • Travel requirement (15%)



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in IT leadership roles, ideally within sales, commercial applications or business-facing systems, with a strong track record of delivering impact at scale.
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) complemented by solid knowledge of pricing, tendering, CPQ and product configuration environments.
  • Proven ability to define and execute global strategies, translating business vision into scalable, high-impact technology solutions.
  • Inspiring leader with a track record of building, developing and leading international, cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex project and portfolio landscapes, driving multiple strategic initiatives in parallel.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to operate effectively in a global environment.
