Job Description

As Supply Nation continues to expand its influence and impact, the Head of Corporate Services will ensure the organisation is equipped with the people, processes and platforms needed to thrive.

You will lead transformation and innovation across core corporate functions, enabling seamless information flow, organisational alignment and operational agility.

The Successful Applicant

A leader with strong emotional intelligence you are someone who can navigate complexity with empathy, build trust‑based relationships, and uphold respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

You will bring proven experience modernising and scaling corporate services in purpose‑led, membership‑based, or high - growth environments. With strong governance, financial acumen, and a focus on operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Indigenous peoples, cultures, and issues, and a tertiary qualified in business, finance, governance or related discipline.

Not an identified role, however, lived experience and identified candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
