Job Description

  • Design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Lead organisational structuring and workforce planning initiatives, including post-merger or integration activities.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and diversity principles.
  • Manage employee and labour relations, including negotiations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and engagement with employee representatives where applicable.
  • Drive initiatives related to talent management, leadership development, and career progression.
  • Monitor HR performance through data analysis and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement across retention, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Oversee core HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, and departmental budgeting.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labour laws and regulations while enhancing HR processes and employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably within complex, international, or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, scaling organisations, and leading change or transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in labour relations, including employee relations management and employment legislation.
  • Proven track record managing integrations and working with cross-functional and multi-level teams.
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, governance frameworks, and compensation structures.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience utilising HR metrics to influence decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
