Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal advice.
  • Engage in discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.
  • Participate in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external experts to develop compelling case arguments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws and industry trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of intellectual property law.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse clients and teams.
  • A license to practice law in Texas or eligibility to obtain one promptly.
