Job Description

  • Manage and execute intellectual property litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Engage in client communications to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the litigation process.
  • Develop case strategies and provide innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files to support seamless workflow and case management.
