Job Description

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and manage case progression.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
  • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on litigation matters.
  • Review and analyze case files, evidence, and legal documents to prepare for trial.
  • Work closely with support staff to manage discovery processes and document reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all professional matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the state of California.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
