The role will implement the strategy behind the end-to-end Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) processes within the omnichannel platform ecosystem, spanning E-Commerce, mobile applications, digital retail (ePOS), and customer service, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and consumer-centric experience across all regions (Global Platform Ownership).All platform teams operate as an integral part of the Global E-Commerce organization, working in close partnership with commercial, marketing, and retail stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
