Job Description

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the delivery of legal services in the Asset Management department.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and strategies to improve operational efficiency within the legal team.
  • Research and evaluate emerging legal technologies relevant to asset management and professional services.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Support the development of knowledge management resources to improve access to information and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive firm-wide innovation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management practices and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Experience with legal technology and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on delivering client-centered solutions.
