Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to support the growth of the Investigations & White Collar practice.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with partners and practice leaders to create client-focused marketing materials and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
  • Coordinate and manage client events, seminars, and webinars to strengthen client relationships.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align branding and communication efforts with business development goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior BD Manager - Trade & Investigations should have:

  • 8+ years of business development experience in legal and/or professional services.
  • A strong understanding of Investigations & White Collar practice and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.

What's on Offer

  • Base salary range - $175,000-$200,000
