Exciting opportunity for a Regional Finance Manager for Middle East/Africa (MEA). Position will be based at the Regional Johannesburg office. The role reports to the Global Head of FP&A, leading the MEA finance team and supporting the Regional GM. Looking for a proactive, strategic thinker to drive change, support their global finance transformation, build strong stakeholder relationships and develop a high-performing, forward-looking finance function.

• Strategic and operational leadership across Production, Logistics, Operations, and Sales, reporting directly to the General Manager, with responsibility for a team of 300 people and the mandate to drive transformation and operational excellence.
• Full P&L ownership with a focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, innovation, and enhanced customer satisfaction, in the context of a business entering a new cycle of development and expansion in Portugal.
