The role partners closely with senior investment leadership and is integral to driving value creation across a diverse portfolio. This position is based in New York City.

• Extensive network of investors, including institutional investors, pension funds, insurers, multi‑family offices, and UHNW platforms with an active interest in private equity secondaries.
• Proven track record of successful private equity exits, including structuring, negotiating, and executing liquidity strategies across diverse portfolios

This mid‑level associate role focuses on advising clients on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and related corporate matters. You will work closely with experienced deal teams to manage negotiations, transaction documents, and complex strategic transactions

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the firm's business with Private Equity funds, both on the buy-side and sell-side, working with private equity clients.

The Vice President, Private Equity Credit Risk oversees credit risk assessment and portfolio monitoring for private market counterparties, including private credit funds, BDCs, asset managers and registered funds. The role focuses on underwriting, exposure management, covenant oversight and ongoing risk surveillance across complex fund and investment structures.

• Leading and managing fundraising efforts, including preparation and presentation of pitch materials, investor communications, and negotiating terms with Limited Partners (LPs).

• Familiar with Private Equity fund structures & Institutional Fundraising process
• Prior experience in LP with active investments in Asia Private Equity
• Prior experience working in PE firm as product specialist, capital raising or IR

• Prior experience managing finance, operations, risk and compliance teams
• Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer (COO & CFO) - Private Equities & Hedge Funds
