Her academic credentials include studies at Stetson University, USA, and an MBA from UQAM, Canada. Since April 2022, Marcela has specialised in executive search for leadership positions in Peru’s Digital and Technological industries.

Passionate about innovation and optimisation, she is committed to diversity and inclusion, driving business growth through her proactive approach and extensive managerial expertise. As the Peru Chapter Director of Women in Tech, a global non-profit movement, Marcela plays an active role in the executive search community. She is involved in organising events, educational programmes, conferences, and social media campaigns, fostering cross-sector synergies and creating meaningful connections.
