Gemma is a dedicated HR recruiter and joined PageGroup in early 2016. At the heart of Gemma's recruiting expertise lies her commitment to putting customers first. Building genuine and authentic relationships with customers is the cornerstone of her delivery. Throughout Gemma's tenure at Page, she has built her career across various divisions, including Page Personnel and Michael Page.

Today, as part of Page Executive, Gemma focuses on senior and executive level HR roles. Understanding that every customer is unique, Gemma takes pride in crafting tailored solutions that aim to exceed expectations.  

Over the past seven years, Gemma has supported thousands of candidates with resume refinement, interview guidance, and career advice, successfully placing individuals in roles aligned with their aspirations. She has also formed lasting partnerships with clients in Perth, offering valuable market insights, recruitment counsel, and facilitating the recruitment of exceptional talent.

In addition to her professional achievements, Gemma has demonstrated leadership skills by managing individuals within Page Personnel & Michael Page businesses. She has served as a mentor nationally for consultants, contributing to their professional development. As the chair of the Ability@Page diversity program, she actively promotes inclusivity and creates an environment where everyone can thrive.
