Lea Kortgödde

Lea joined the Page Executive Germany team in 2021 and currently works as Manager Research in Düsseldorf. 
She is responsible for various tasks, including direct search, market mapping, active sourcing, profiling, executive recruitment, headhunting, international executive acquisition & attraction, and trends research.

Prior to joining Page Executive, Lea worked as a Researcher at a recruitment agency. She holds a degree in Business Psychology.

Lea prides herself on her open personality and resilience. Her strongest skills lie in her ability to build trustful and long-term relationships with customers/clients, her efficiency, and her vast industry experience.

When not searching for executive talent, Lea enjoys dog sports and hiking.
