Paulo has over 16 years in Executive Recruitment, with experience in positions of different specialties, mainly for the construction, engineering, industries, steel, pulp and paper and energy segments. He has worked in national and multinational consultancies, such as PageGroup between 2009 and 2014, where he participated in the startup of Page Personnel and Page Outsourcing in Brazil, in addition to being a founding partner of an Executive Search and Leadership Advisory consultancy.
Among his main projects, we can highlight the hiring of Directors and Presidents for Brazilian family businesses in the process of professionalization, where the role of the headhunter goes beyond indicating the best candidates for the position, requiring a strong relationship of trust in a real consultative job. For Paulo, the main challenge is to interpret the real problem of his clients and translate it into an executive profile who can join the company and make a difference. And that's what makes him passionate for what he does.
Paulo has a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University, with an Executive MBA from Insper.
