Job Description

  • Lead the affiliate's commercial, operational, and digital transformation, driving digital-first, customer-centric and omnichannel strategies.
  • Strengthen data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, forecasting, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure excellence in Sales and Marketing Operations, including forecasting, incentives governance, omnichannel productivity, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and digital adoption, leveraging AI and structured change management.
  • Streamline and optimize processes through automation, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Define and execute the end-to-end transformation roadmap, delivering measurable business impact.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8 - 10 years' experience in commercial strategy, operations, transformation or digital roles, ideally within regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in leading transformation programmes and implementing new operating models.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following areas: digital marketing, data analytics, sales operations or consumer marketing.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage stakeholders across local, regional and global levels.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, medical/legal review and data governance.
  • Strategic mindset, analytical strength and the ability to influence and drive cultural and operational change.
