Looking for a dynamic Commercial Director to lead and coordinate the Sales Department, with a key mission: driving revenue growth through the development of new markets, including international areas for the PL business.

Job Description

This strategic role will represent a crucial addition to the company's ongoing development and new organisational structure. The Commercial Director will oversee the company's commercial strategy and guide business development activities both locally and globally.

§ Leading, coordinating, and optimising all commercial and project-related activities to ensure full alignment with company objectives and enhance overall effectiveness.

§ Expanding the sales network through agents and distributors, while steering the sales team toward achieving assigned targets.

§ Ensuring strong presence and performance across both GDO (Large-Scale Retail) and Food Service distribution channels.

§ Identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective and efficiency-driven actions.

§ Ensuring the achievement of sales targets, contributing to the expansion of business lines in line with the needs of specific markets and sectors.

§ Implementing new sales strategies in local and international markets, managing existing customers while driving growth through new accounts and new regions such as the Nordics, UK, US, and LATAM.

§ Contributing to the definition and execution of the company's growth and development plans.

The Successful Applicant

§ University degree or equivalent educational background;

§ Proven experience in the food & beverage sector, gained in senior commercial leadership roles across both national and international markets;

§ Strong knowledge of GDO and Food Service distribution channels Private Label products;

§ Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills;

§ Demonstrated leadership and authority, developed through the consolidation of previous managerial roles.
