Job Description



Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement group-wide HR and administrative strategies aligned with overall business direction
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on talent, culture, succession, and organisational design
  • Lead change initiatives to support growth, transformation, and operational efficiency



Human Resources

  • Oversee the full HR life cycle across the group, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning
  • Drive a strong performance driven and collaborative culture across business units
  • Design and govern competitive compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with all labour laws, regulations, and HR governance standards across jurisdictions where applicable



Administration & Governance

  • Provide leadership over corporate administration, including facilities, general administration, policies, and internal controls
  • Ensure consistent administrative standards, processes, and service levels across the group
  • Strengthen governance frameworks, HR policies, and risk management practices



Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing HR and administration team at both group and entity levels
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand operational needs and provide pragmatic, commercial HR solutions
  • Manage key external stakeholders, including advisors, regulators, and vendors

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • At least 20-25 years of proven all rounded HR experience in the Human Resource function
  • At least 8 years in a head of level/ senior leadership level of leading a team
  • Candidates who has worked for sizeable Hong Kong Head office organisations will be a plus
  • Deep knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and corporate governance
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
  • Resilient, credible, and confident working with senior executives and Boards
