Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and institutional clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop tailored financial strategies, investment plans, and portfolio models aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing timely recommendations for rebalancing based on market conditions.
  • Stay attuned to changes in client needs and proactively introduce relevant financial products and services.
  • Drive business growth by expanding the client base and offering suitable financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and client services, to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold professional ethics in all advisory activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in relationship management, investment advisory, or capital markets.
  • Investment Consultant License or relevant certifications (e.g., IC Complex, CFP, CFA) preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a positive attitude and ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Prior experience in managing relationships and knowledge of Mutual Funds and Structured Products is highly desirable.
