Job Description

  • As the first HR hire, partner with leaders across APAC to support rapid growth and scaling the business. Lead the build-out of HR operations, policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks while balancing hands-on execution with strategic HR planning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage end-to-end employee life-cycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
  • Lead HR systems, automation, HRIS, ATS, payroll integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR governance across APAC markets
  • Support recruitment operations, offer management, onboarding, and hiring coordination
  • Deliver HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting for leadership
  • Provide employee support and drive strong HR service delivery across the region

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven HR leadership experience within a high-growth or scaling business; startup experience preferred
  • Experience supporting and overseeing multiple markets across Asia
  • Hands-on operator with the ability to work independently while developing and implementing HR strategy
  • Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
