The HR Project Manager will lead HR initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of critical projects. This role is responsible for establishing and operating the programs, driving global HR initiatives and M&A integrations. Acting as a central coordinator across regions, functions, and systems, the role ensures pace, rigor, transparency, and delivery in a fast‑growing, evolving environment.

Job Description

Please note to be contacted for this role you must demonstrate proven experience of the below key deliverables. Only successful candidates will be shortlisted:Key ResponsibilitiesHR PMO & Program Governance

  • Establish and operate a structured HR Program to manage multiple global initiatives
  • Define project governance, milestones, reporting cadence, and risk management
  • Track progress, surface issues early, and hold project owners accountable
  • Provide clear, data‑driven reporting to senior HR and business leaders



M&A & Integration

  • Lead HR project management for global M&A integrations, including a recently closed acquisition in Asia Pacific
  • Coordinate activities across regions (Asia, Middle East, U.S., India)
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Systems teams to support HRIS and ERP integration



Global HR InitiativesSupport and orchestrate delivery across initiatives including:

  • Development of a global workforce planning, job architecture and job forecasting tool
  • Job sizing and leveling across regions and cross‑border teams
  • Future talent development and leadership development programs



The Successful Applicant

In order to be contacted, you will have the below experience:Required Experience & Profile

  • Proven experience in HR program/project management within high‑growth or acquisitive environments
  • Direct experience managing HR aspects of M&A integrations (non‑negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (talent, org design, systems, workforce planning), without needing to own COE design work
  • Highly data‑driven, structured, and disciplined; strong executive communication skills
  • Comfortable working at pace, across time zones, and through evolving priorities
  • Trusted internal partner who can challenge, escalate, and push for delivery



Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR, HR PMO, or HR transformation experience
  • Experience with HRIS and ERP system integrations
  • Exposure to distributed global teams (U.S., India, Middle East)
